Fantastic Stay with Great Breakfast!

The hotel provided a free upgrade, a really nice touch. The room was nice and neat. Breakfast was delicious, the cooked food served quickly. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

I noticed the walls seemed a bit thin.

The breakfast choices amazed me I really loved the variety. The room was very clean and spacious it was perfect. I was very impressed with the easy access to the town centre I walked everywhere.

The shower had very little water pressure it was a drizzle. The carpets in the room looked very old they need replacing. I noticed some noise from other rooms it wasn't very well insulated.

I was charged for parking at check-in without prior notification. The charge looked on my banking app, but there was no explanation at the front desk. The lack of communication felt underhanded.
